Only the driver of the car needs to complete the signup. Individual family members do not have to be signed up.

ALL GREETINGS TAKE PLACE IN THE MAIN TERMINAL. You DO NOT have to go through TSA Security. If a flight does allow you to greet at the plane, click on the signup that states “AT THE PLANE“.

— Plane arrives at 8:15 AM
— Buses arrive back at Dulles at 6:00 PM <– NEW TIME

1 November – Saturday – Stars and Stripes — ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE — IN THE TERMINAL
1 November – Saturday – Stars and Stripes — ARRIVAL — AT THE PLANE _{(eight people maximum)}
— THREE planes arrive at 8:30, 9:15 and 10:15 AM
— THREE sets of buses arrive back at Dulles at 5:30, 6:15 and 7:30 PM <– NEW TIMES
