If you have a group that would like to greet the veterans in the main terminal, please:

— select a date from our 2026 FALL Signups page,

— have each of your drivers sign up for that flight,

— SEND AN EMAIL with general information about your group and approximately how many will be attending.

Each driver who signed up will receive the specific information regarding where to park, where to meet in the airport, etc. approximately 48-36 hours before the flight arrives.

If your group would like to perform (singing, instruments, etc.), please email us via the CONTACT US tab on the website. Use the SEND AN EMAIL form to provide information about your group. We will let you know if the date requested is available before you make further arrangements on your end.
