Greeting Honor Flight Buses – Fall 2025
Listed below are opportunities when you can greet veterans at their hotel when they arrive. Please note that estimated arrival times may vary – with variables such as weather or traffic.
Since the hotel accommodations are not listed below, it is advisable to send an email to jbrawley@honorflight.org several days in advance to confirm the hotel location and estimated arrival time. If you have a group interested in greeting when they arrive at their hotel, please email jbrawley@honorflight.org for more information.

Honor Flight Chicago at Dulles (IAD)
Honor Flight Chicago brings veterans from the Chicago area to Dulles Airport once a month on a Wednesday from April through October. The plane arrives around 9:00 AM and the buses return around 5:30 PM. You are encouraged to be one of the folks who greet these veterans. Their posted 2025 schedule is: April 9, May 14, June 18, July 23, August 20, September 17, and October 15. Please go to their website (below) for the current information and to sign up for a flight.
